Pm's just sitting in outbox?

Hey I'm trying to send msgs and they just sit in my outbox and don't send?
What am I doing wrong?

i think when it is in the outbox it hasnt been read by the person u are sending the message to

correct Lachie, it will sit in your outbox until the recipient opens it, once they open it then it dissapears from you outbox.
